Blackpool Champ Show

Braved the horrendous weather conditions yesterday and went to Blackpool Championship Show. Thankfully had only entered Ringo and delighted that he won Puppy Dog. The conditions were horrendous, even the indoor rings were under water, but luckily we didn't need towing off the field and sadly the show has been abandoned for the rest of the weekend. Hoping (praying actually) that the weather improves for next weekend when we're all away camping at a flyball tournament. Should be fun :-)

What a brilliant day

What a brilliant day we have had.....Took the long journey to Border Union where Ringo won both his classes...Had a great time catching up with friends and despite the rain really enjoyed our day. Meanwhile on the Wirral our Mousy was with Natalie and Demon Dogz Flyball team and ran in her first open competition. She went really well picking up her first Flyball award and even better the team won the division. Well done guys and so proud of our Mousinator....She has come so far.

One man and his horsey :-)

Finally the rain stopped and Alistair got to take Dee Dee out. She is such a good girl we couldn't have asked for a better horse. We had a lovely hack out with me and Oliver (although he was a naught boy still showing off the new girl) and Natalie and Jack.

A change in direction

After giving things a great deal of thought I have decided that I am going to give up breeding dogs. There will be one more litter from Sadie and Brum early next year (as I have promised my friends) and then that will be it. There will also be some cresties available to loving permanent homes however I'm in no rush and I will only let anyone go to the right homes with people I trust. This has been coming a long time and is not the result of one thing or any persons, this is just me wanting whats best for us and our dogs, I just wish to be able to do other things, see our families and friends more often, have holidays etc.

The lorry I STILL part own

VLC210X the lorry horse box I part bought (with the very same folks who took JJ)
something else they casually forgot to pay me for when they cleared off, along with various items of tack, dog equipment, household stuff the list is endless. The sad thing is I now realise that it was her intention to keep the money from JJ all along, making up some cock and bull story about money going missing when his new owners had been in the house so she could tell them I blamed them. She wanted to make sure we never spoke to each other. Not only an expert liar but an expert at manipuling people.
